This cd makes great background music. Many songs are already in my music collection, but still great to own.
A Blast Into My Italian Past!
Anyone who comes from a large Italian family (or wishes they belong to one) should own this CD. The songs bring me back to my past when Mama fried meatballs for Sunday afternoon dinner for the family (and then some). Some of the songs make you cry like a baby ("Mama" by Connie Francis) and others make you laugh until your sides hurt ("Eh, Cumpari" by Julius LaRosa). My entire family heard this CD and ordered it immediately from Amazon. You should, too.

Disappointing
We bought this CD in anticipation of our Italian Wedding, but it was disappointing. Songs were much too "50s" with instrumentation and presentation. Ironically, there are better and more upbeat versions of "That's Amore" out there than Dean's, in our humble opinion. Wouldn't recommend, at least not for an Italian wedding.
Before, I learned how to ski I really had no reason to look forward to the winter months. However, since I have learned to ski and subsequently to snowboard I can't wait to see the snow fall. I love my Skiing Holidays! I normally don't like to stay at home, but instead to head over to France where the moutains are taller. At any rate, between those long winter months and now I will find the best reviews on all sorts of great stuff, some is skiing related, like ski poles, goggles, scarfs, jackets and so but other times its just reviews about anything. I hope you have enjoyed yourself at our chalet!
